Hi! I’m Anna, a registered dietitian with a decade of experience in nutrition counseling .
I began my career with three years in higher-level eating disorder care, from residential all the way down to IOP. I then spent seven years at the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital, providing general outpatient nutrition counseling to hundreds of patients.
During the pandemic, my priorities shifted. I wanted to be closer to my family and nature. In 2024, I made the decision to move back home to Maine and launch my private practice. I feel grateful to be able to provide nutrition counseling to my local community in-person and to remote clients via telehealth.
In my free time, I am outside as much as possible. I love living in downeast Maine with lots of great trail access (including Acadia National Park!) where I enjoy trail running, hiking, cycling, or sunbathing at the beach.
After spending years in the gym lifting weights, I pivoted to trail running in 2020 and have since ran several ultramarathons. I love big adventure days outside and am planning some fun backpacking trips this summer!
If I’m not in the mountains, I am practicing yoga, working on endless projects in my 1900 farmhouse, hanging with my cats, or shopping at the farmers’ market and local food co-ops.
